Top CDE is currently hiring In-Home Service Providers and DTA staff

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must provide current vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, and a 39-month driving record
Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must have a current CPR/First Aid certification
Must have reliable communication, such as a cell phone
Must be able to pass background checks, including:
- Judicial
- Federal
- DCS
- OIG
- LEI
- SAM
Must be able to meet the physical requirements needed to care for others
Must be willing to complete and pass all required trainings in a timely manner
Experience in health care, child care, teaching, or therapy services is preferred
This position is also a strong fit for those pursuing a degree in related fields
Must be available for flexible hours, with shifts often needed in the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Schedule for in-home varies based on member need. Schedule for DTA varies, but will be between the hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Opportunity for overtime and company advancement. Health, vision and dental insurance available to full-time employees after 90 days. Free life insurance and education bonuses available to full-time and part-time staff after 90 days.
